Q:Hi, I live in a council flat and would like some info on Reema hollow panel housing. Would we get a further discount in the right to buy scheme because of this?
Also in the RTBS it says we have to wait five years if our tenancy started after a certain date, or 2 years (as secure tenants) if its before the date. We had an unsecure ten

Q:Hi,
This is my first post after lurking and reading other threads for a while now. So hi
My g/f and I are going to buy a house together. She has a (3-bed) shared ownership property and we have found a buyer privately. Q:Hi,
I'm looking into a new build purchase and have no experience of what I should reasonably expect to get as part of the deal ie. carpets, shower etc. Anyone got any tips? They don't seem too keen on including anything – is this normal practice? I see some ads offering 5% cashback, stamp duty paid etc
Also, they offer a part exchange scheme and again I would be interested if anyone has any experience of such schemes.
Thanks

Q:Hi there, I was wandering if some of you could help me with information on shared ownership of houses?
My partner and I are looking into doing this, My partner is on 19k before tax and I am on 7k before tax.
My partner has not got a great credit history and I was wandering if this would really ruin our chances of getting a home?
Thank you for all of your help. X
Q:i am thinking about buying my parents home so that they dont have to worry about paying the mortgage as they come up to retirement. although i dont have the full sum for the value of the house i was wondering if i could use a buy to let mortgage which would give me the full amount meaning my parents would be paying me 'rent'. i believe it would give my parents a lump sum for the value of the house and i get a guaranteed rental income until the mortgage is paid off.
