We want a full structural survey doing because it is a Victorian Terrace. One of his colleagues recommended a surveyor who does a full structural for ￡350 and has forwarded me the report he did when he bought his house in Feb.

Q:Has anyone heard of sweeping changes affecting the sale of residential properties which come into force from August 2007. Specifically, in order to sell your property you MUST have certificates verifying that certain items such as heating systems, windows and even the roof is IN good efficient working order.
The word is that for the millions of properties that don't have such certificates, they will have to be inspected by a government body who will either grant or refuse them.
