Q:Oh I am FUMING with anger this morning.
Basically I live on a 5th floor 'luxury' apartment overlooking the city. The apartment itself is lovely, but the security are shockingly bad.
There are 2 entrances/exits to the complex- the main exit to the ringroad, or a pedestrian exit onto the canal footpath which many residents (me and OH included) use to get into the city and to work.

Q:Ive seen a flat well maisonette about 2 miles from where i live which is on the market quite cheap. i have just rang up for a viewing and the agent said its a bit of a strange situation that as the block is not managed by anyone that i will not be able to get a morgage, this isnt that much a problem but it could be when i come to sell . any problems ideas would be apprecitated good or bad
thanks in advance

I obviously need to instruct a solicitor and have heard mentions in other posts about online ones.
Has anyone used any of these, with either positive or negative feedback and reccomendations.
Thanks

Q:Hi, I'm looking to sell a property and am sick and tired of the estate agents fees and all that sort of hassle (it's a long story, but I've been "stung" before!). I've decided this time to try and sell privately.
I've done some research and there are a lot of house-selling sites, but one that took my fancy is www.myownmove.com…has anyone used them?
Any help appreciated…
