Q: We bought a house to buy three years ago left with a friend, so there is my name, my husband and our friends name on the mortgage. Half of the house and half of ours. I think he may miss in the future if we sell the house in not having included the name of his wife in his will he miss half as another tax-free gains allowance. the renovation and expansion are more than 20 years old. The seller said she still has the certificates as they were lost. surveyors seem to think that the house itself hasnt moved at all, but of course say this seems a little crack worrysome
