Q: Probably not the best solution for this, but not everyone knows what the current rate of price increase you can expect on a commercial property (shop and flat above)? I know that speed can vary, depending on what you read, but I just wanted a guide to start off.

Q: Evening all, me and my OH have had only a basic valuation to our (hopefully) new feature. But a friend told us she took a plumber to look around for the boiler, etc before they moved in.

Firstly I hope I am posting on the correct forum as I need some advice.
I currently live in a 2 bedroom 1st floor flat with my partner and 2 boys aged 2 and 7 years. The boys share a room (bunkbeds) and I work whilst my partner looks after the boys as they are our children and we chose to have them. We do have housing benefit to top up our rent.
I have found out that I am expecting our 3rd child in September this year which will mean we will be over crowded
Q: Is there anyway to control the Internet, who owns a particular house? that is if they are taken back by a bank or bought / owned by a person.

Q: My friend is currently in a divorce and has heard of these companies will buy or rent your home back. It is not possible for both parties buy the other, and if the children will live with him, he does not want to disrupt their lives more than necessary.
Has anyone here done this? Were there problems?
Also, he will receive the full housing benefit. Could this be a problem, what the rent is concerned?

The house is old Victorian Thus another 5-10k-up to do. (10k, I will remember), the house was selling for 180k, Ive accepted my offer of 175k.
