Well have been here 6 months and found it a wonderful place to live with nice neighbors and no problems, there are other houses in my street in the market for £ 30,000 more than we paid for us. Feeling a little smug now! My house was never an investment – it was always just a house. But its very nice to know that Ive bought a good bargain!
