My sell the house and Im moving in one weeks. The LL texted me Friday to say she was coming over tomorrow (Monday) morning for the mortgage valuation.

Naturally the house is one), a tip and b) full of boxes – Im a little angry that this could not have waited one weeks, but Im wondering how I could trouble making the place presentable. Im usually spotlessly clean, but not if it happens tomorrow I leave all the cleaning / cleaning to moving day .

    Q: I have a house that I own outright – mortgage free.

    Recently I bought half a house at auction that I develop in order to sell. I remortgaged my existing property in order to finance the purchase of property 2. I have a partner (not married) for 13 years, but both properties are in my name.

    I expect about 25,000 hours £ about the redevelopment project. How much should I pay taxes and there is still to reduce this bill?

    his argument is that we can move to the empty house.
