Q: I am considering introducing an offer on the flat I am currently renting. Ive just done a little math – we pay approximately 12,500 per year rent, so I figure 250,000 is the price the more profitable for the landlord to offer my take (based on the fact that he could invest in the 250,000 5% 12,500 per year and make of it). Given the fact that what he has to pay so the letting agent who manages the property, I suspect that the 250,000 break-point mark for him would actually significantly lower

    Is the lock-in period how long I have to be in the EA or how long after I give them notice that I would not change that I can go els

    Q: Have just thinking about renting out my flat. When I rented £ £ £ PCM do people expect that the fee covered?

    Obviously water, gas, electricity and telephone is their responsibility? Tax

    Bought a Flat 5 months ago and are nearing completion. His new bathroom, kitchen, heating (corgi CERT), certified electrical, walls skimmed and gas fire in lounge. New carpet and vinyl throughout.

    Now I? Go get valued and decide whether to live or move it to market.

    Q: We sell at the moment and both parties go for a quick sale. His appraiser comes round on Wednesday, but we do not know whether a survey expect. Aren, t they are usually done by the same person?

    The appraisers (inspectors nationwide) have told me it is only 20 minutes rating. They have explicitly said that it will not survey.

    Any ideas? how can I ask the buyers? The lawyer or broker?

    Q: Hi all,

    First time poster apoligies so if this question is raised before.

    Im looking for the possibility of buying property off-plan with a view to selling the contract for the actual completion. So, hopefully, make a profit when the value of the property should increase during the construction phase. Has anyone any experience doing this?
