  • How can we prevent homelessness?!? [tenancy agreement] [letting agents]

Q: Our lease six months ending on July 6 and we have now accepted an offer on a property to buy. The vendors have agreed to move in with family and all concerned parties are aware of our deadline. However, we recognize that there is an overlap period where we can homeless.

They did sell at the asking price, however my buyers have had their mortgage valuation survey back – and the valuation is very surprising.

On the full 100%, the mortgage valuation has come

  • Lifetime mortgages . fixed rate for 50 years .? [lifetime mortgage] [mortgages fixed rate]

Q: I believe in parts of Europe, it is customary for families to give the mortgage generation mortgage generation.

A life could mean a bigger house and smaller monthly payments .?

The house would be large enough for ALL to live (in harmony) .

with rising costs, I would think it a practical situation?

If you the chance to reduce your expenses by splitting between family members, would you do?

There are obviously many pros and cons of this
