Special status Mortgage Advice Needed! [proof of income] [mortgage advice]

Q: Hi to all,

Need a bit of guidance on mortgages and hoping that someone there can help with a number of circumstances ideas.

My: Live in a property recently valued at 225K and my mortgage is £ £ 50K. No debt (besides the mortgage), etc. and have no CCJs an excellent credit history, but I have no proof of income.

The plan:
I would like a 2nd building to be renovated and I have about £ 150K mortgage on the property purchase buy and complete the job (

  • Previous research commissioned [advi] [survey report]

    Q: We have just accepted an offer on a house that was under offer for several weeks before returning to the market that was when we offer.

    The previous “buyers reduced their supply under a survey report highlighting a problem. The reduced offer was not accepted by the vendor.

    My question is . how could it rude to ask to see this report? Is it? Just thought we would try and save some money!

    Q: My wife and I are currently buying a house in the Czech Republic with the intention to lease a house until we are able to live permanantly.

    My woman (which Czech) and I will jointly property.

    What owners of the situation of the income tax in Britain. Will any of us are subject to any tax, or will the Czech income tax only taxes we pay?

  • Shared Ownership help [having a nightmare] [contract pack]

    Q: I have a nightmare with a new build flat I am buying through a shared arrangement owndership. To start and finishing more than 3 weeks went by and now my lawyer says I could take 8-12 weeks to sort out the paper work when she gets the contract pack (flat has been signed by the building inspector and ready for me to move). Does anyone know if this sounds normal time or that I need to push for a quicker turn around. Thanks

    Q: Ok so I like to bid on a house they want to prove that I can afford the mortgage. I will probably organize the mortgages themselves (soc changing existing building as their prices competitive Arent) and I have had contact with an already (by telephone) who said that it is OK and that they will give us the mortgage we need. They have e-mail me the key illustrations, etc. However, this is when things go to asking price. I hope we can get cheaper. So how do I over which the agent that the proper

    Q: Sometimes I feel we will never ever actually move after all the complications of our chain – and we are just a chain of 4!

    Our lawyer us last week (Tuesday) with a completion date of the 20th – it was the best day for the top of our chain as they had rented with mortgage and rent, etc. We agreed to that happy juggling move. Due to a problem with our customer paperwork last week, we do not have to change and are not moving this Friday.

  • Do You Tell potential buyers about your neighbors? [saying nothing] [detached house]

    Q: Were going home on the market and a concern for us is that a detached house next door and gypies live. Now they are really nice to our neighbors since they moved in. They have been very helpful (lending our garden tools, etc.) and are a huge improvement over the man who used to live (nasty, vindictive-and-so so).     Q: Hi

    We have sought permission to make a deal with a part exchange on our house to do.

    Basically our house is currently on the market for £ 174950, persimmion have offered us one of two options:

    1) They buy the house and then we £ 165,000 £ 8270 worth of extras for the finishing touch with

    Q: I do not know if anyone has experienced this – I have just exchanged on a flat and the buyers have a 10% deposit. When they are desperate, because they live in a hotel after leaving their rental house (the sale took longer than expected) and will continue to do to complete (a few days away to do). They are very desperate to move in and would love to do before completion.

    Q: I hope to soon buy a new place and I was wondering if anyone there had tips on earning reward points or cash back for paying stamp duty. I have on the website of the Inland Revenue and they say they do not accept credit cards, so that route seems to work. But, I thought to ask if she checks accepted that credit card companies sometimes send to try to lure you into making a balance transfer.
