Can anyone recommend an insurance company for landlord's insurance please?

My OH and I rent out a property to a single tennant and we manage the service ourselves – no letting agent involved. We made sure we got the mortgage co's letter of approval to let the property. Now I need to sort out insurance – I am presuming the tenant is responsible for their own contents insurance but we should have buildings insurance in place (plus some cover for fridge/washing machin
