Q: Hi
I have already been posted on my flat / buy sage. I eventually decided not to buy in London as I know I would be able to go more for my money from London. My work 2 days a week I could work from home so it means I would only have to commute to London 3 days.
I am looking for nice areas around London with changeable distance. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Q: Hi,
My meters in below the stairs and the gas meter is almost impossible to read without crawling or getting a small child to read for you as well to the bottom of the stairs.
Electric is very unconfortable to read.
Anyone know the process that moves into the outside of the house (just the same on the outside wall) and any charges (if applicable) and how long it takes for the work done?
Thanks in advance, Ash
Q: Hi there,
Im a FTB and just accepted my offer, not sure what is best for first.
Should I wait until the mortgage provider on the valuation of the property and do survey first and then instruct lawyers, so if the property valued than the offer or require extensive / costly repairs, then I simply have lost funds for queries, etc if I had to withdraw from the sale for the above reasons? Or did I instruct while waiting for the mortgage application to continue, etc.

Q: Well this lark is trying to change a nightmare . had a call from my agent who had to check our copper had been signed and deposit paid. Agent tells me that yes it is 4.30pm and signed, but yesterday on her second visit she saw some cracks in several walls of our house. At the moment they ask hubby about them. They were here when we bought the house 8 years ago (not worse) and we assume they are purely cosmetic as they were re-plastered walls or lean (thats what previous owners told us). Since

Q:For the second time in eight months our house purchase has gone wrong.
We were gazumped the day before exchange last november, and ended up well over a £1k out of pocket and having to rent since.
After spending many months since searching for another property, we finally found one we both liked and had an offer accepted on a vacant house with no chain on the 16th May.
Everything seemed to be going well, the vendors were pushing for a quick sale to avoid a furth
Q:I am looking for some advice; I?m in an awkward situation or maybe it?s me making it awkward.
My girlfriend lives in Ireland; we have been seeing one another now for a couple of years over long distance, every couple of weeks one of us travels to see the other. I must be an expert in getting cheap flights by now!
She is about to buy a house in Dublin and I have had an offer on a house accepted on a property in England. My offer for the house is £130k, and I have a deposi
Q: Hi, I own a property that I leased to 3 tenants that I think whats regarded as an HMO, in 3 apartments. Today I received a message (I think) of the city saying I needed to perform some minor work (tenant complained about a number of items). I will certianly them done ASAP.
My question Ive been served a section 372 minded to notice under the Housing Act 1985, anyone know whether this is a message or anticipate an announcement. I have 28 days to appeal, which I am not going to.
