We survey was normally done on a house to buy, we have 3 months ago. This underlines that there had been a number of subsidence, but the chance of any future movement was moderate. (you can see that when you land subsidence in the house)!
Anyway I called habitus of the company, who heads our survey and stated that the subsidence is involved me and that I would like the full structural survey done. She told me that I could best structure a policy engineer surv

Q: We have just received the copy of the fixtures and fittings and property of our seller checklist. A draft agreement was also received by our lawyers from our vendor. The letter says that she asked the usual preliminary raised! Does anyone wondering what these are?
Also if we want to know about the completion and if our vendor is looking to change if he is another feature that we ask EA or lawyer (are all fun to blood stone) .
