Q: Theres a few around here that are very beautiful, just thinking about the future and to be honest it seems a good idea as most have age limits ie no worrys about annoying 55 +
concern is neigbourers etc.
my ownwer could sell the land at all times, to be honest im just playing with the idea when I know that the rent for the land etc thought it would be cheaper than a flat or shrinking to smaller house if I would have more free money to live comfortably.
wont for one another, but only thinking ahead 12 years and parks do you look after grandchildren for example.
Don't bet on it ! my last neighbour was 60+ and should have been in a MENTAL INSTITUTION

Mobile home parks are frequently sold with the homes remaining on site as a source of income, no worries there.
always get one i suppose,think i`ll pay a few sites a visit and ask a few people what the score is
