I think you'll find guy's signature coin collection is "tongue in cheek" after comments about the previous version in a rather heated thread a few weeks back. I agree that the economics look a bit GB though.

Won't be much of a shortage once the BTL brigade stop seeing capital gains and get sick of subsidising their tenants.
