A:Our local Authority is Fenland and I know its about 5 weeks (although a friend is now on week 6).
A:Hi. They vary depending on which Local Authority is carrying them out. Most have targets of 10 working days but it depends on their workloads. My advice would be to look at the LA website, find out the relevant department and give them a call, asking for the current turnaround time for searches. They are usually extremely helpful. Good luck!
A:depends which ones they are. Some will come back in 2-3 days. Some longer. Local Authority tend to be longer, water and environmental quicker.
