Amazon Cash MachinesA:i would buy it – this author is an extremely good tax expert – property tax is a highly complex affair and if you dont set up your property business correctly on day one, you can pay a shed load of unneccessary tax. CGT is also complex – and the amount you pay is determined partly by your intention on buying the said property and whether you have lived in or and how long you have owned it. dont take complex tax advice from a forum – either buy a book written by an expert or get a decent accountant who owns property himself.

Have aread of some of the other posts on this forum around BTLs. If you can't find the answers I would post details of what you are trying to do and see what people know.
The problem with books like this is the loop holes they are exploiting soon get closed, and tax law changes all the time so it might be out of date.
