I got a call from my EA on Friday afternoon. One of their partners is on BBC Hereford & Worcester talking about the introdction of Home Information Packs and their impact, one month on.
They also wanted to know if they had any clients preparing their own HIP. You guessed it
I'm bricking it. They are coming to my house at 7.15am, so it's not as if I can't even turn up.
Wish me luck. I'll probably swear! I can barely string a sentence together before Midday. Not much better after!
