Q: Hello all,
what your opinion here? I have a mortgage application is approved and accepted an offer on a shelf. I never knew there could be problems with the probation u0026 mortgage approvals.
Of course when I first applied I had said I fixed my 2 months. Ive got two weeks left til I get “permanent” even though the trial was always good. The problem is that the lender will write to my employer to confirm my status.
Do I ask
1) in my application now and submit a letter from my boss saying I definitely will be a permanent member of staff in two weeks to get. Work have made clear that they will not lie and say that I permanently if the letter comes two weeks.
2) hang on the forms for 10 days. Thus, by the time I submit em u0026 bank write my firm I permanent.
I m option 2.
Also be thinking. Worst case scenario – say they wrote u0026 work says that Im on stage, so they pull the offer. Can I just immediately re-apply?
