Real Estate Agents? [full time job] [flat in london]

Q: Hi,

Has someone with experience buying a home agent? I try to buy a and really struggling with as a full-time job and a real competitive hosue hunting time is a real struggle. So I thought of one of the agents (Phil and Kirsty-type scenario . but without the cameras!) They say that the benefits that they put you in the flats at first, find out what you want and can negotiate . the benefits for real?

Thank you .

A:Hi Annie123- I've done the search online, I'm really interested in people's experience of using them – do they really deliver the benefits as they say??

guy – i've PM'd you!!

Thank you both!

A:Do an internet search for ….relocation agents….in the area you want to move to.
There are plenty of them

A:I have been doing some adhoc property finding., please PM me if you are interested, or want to talk over your needs.

I have also worked as an estate agent ( albeit rather briefly) , and negotiated with home finders, and TBH Im not 100% that they are that great ( some probably are)

Really depends what you want to spend on the transaction really, I know phil himself can be hired- seen his ads in the back of Vogue!
