Q: Gday! Just thought I would pop in when I have a question I am leasing a flat in Sydney on the moment.
Basically the elevator of the building been repaired and will be out of action for 12 weeks, I do not think 12 weeks may be considered a “reasonable” amount of time and wondered where I was and if it were possible to hire a reduction or like.
Had a look at the Office of Fair Trading website but couldnt claim exactly what I was looking for – anyone can propose something else? And I would complain to the manager, broker that our building, or the elevator company manage? 977,503 9775 it was a few weeks 03If I wouldnt mind so much, but 12 weeks is a hell of a long time and my lease will end, while the elevator is out of order and I cannot move a lot of fun with no elevator (we are the top floor!) .
Thanks for your help. xx
