Q:our landlord (crown property) wants to sell and after 12 years of living here we would love to buy but am unsure how to get a mortgage as credit rating not good due to family problems recently. what are our chances of getting mortgage?

    Q:Afternoon all, I looking for some advice really regarding shared ownership properties.

    2. Had offer accepted by the vendor
    3. Arranged Mortgage with Mortgage Advisor (Still awaiting confirmation of this, hopefully monday should have Mortgage In Principle)

    I have had a deposit sitting on a new house for a few months with a planned completion of the end of October. Although the builder has always said they can be flexible (they are a huge company in the area).

    Q:Here is the situation we are in, both myself and my partner live on our own and each have houses one worth approx £115k then other approx £130k. Mortgages are also roughly the same with about £70k on each of them which = about £410 a month.
