Q:Our buyer has just pulled out – we were due to exchange on 30 May but after weeks of hassling us for a date to move out, HIS solicitor's weren't ready on the 30th and the exchange didn't take place. We were just trying to organise a revised date for the exchange and completion & out of the blue, he pulls out.
This was after we found a house quite quickly and arranged for the survey (£540) & conveyancing/searches etc. (£300) in record time to accommodate a quick
Q:After avoiding a flat buying nightmare last year (thanks again to everyone here who offered their advice) I'm finally ready to wade in again after being offered a 25% share of a one bedroom new build flat in London.
Thing is, I got the valuation back yesterday and it's been valued at £20k less than the total value.
My GF is doing the conveyancing so am waiting to get her advice on this, and also my mortgage company hasn't returned my call yet to even let me
Q:I have a possible buyer lined up for my house, there are a whole heap of issues we have to sort out and tbh they are being a bit bloody awkward but thats a long story. For now my question is this…..
Its a private sale so no EA involved although we will both use local solicitors for the conveyancing. We've done 2 viewings, I've accepted offer and we're negotiating over survey results.
When they viewed they implied that they were cash buyers but it is possib
Q:Had anyone used Thompsons Partnership (Plymouth) for their Conveyancing? After getting some quotes at these are at least £250 cheaper than a local solicitor I have been recommended to (we get an Amicus discount), but have read some mixed reviews on this and other sites.

Q:After a long search and one offer falling through on another house, we've found a great house at a great price. Yay!
Offer was accepted, I had the mortgage offer in principal faxed over to the estate agents (its now off market / stc).
I have to find a conveyancer – but I'm not too sure on the entire procedure and whether online companies are actually any good.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, I've already read around conveyancing on the forum but th
Q:I've just accepted an offer on my flat which I moved out of a few months ago – HURRAY!
The estate agents have suggested I use this company as they have dealings with them. The quote seems pretty good, but it would I suppose. Not sure about the added extra costs and delays etc etc that you hear about.
Has anybody dealt with myhomemove.com? If so, I'd really like some feedback about them.

Q:Everytime we have bought a house, the solicitor has given me no end of sleepless nights. They are so slow, never answer questions and leave you in the lurch!
Having read up on the subject, we are selling one of our houses and I thought we might do the conveyancing ourselves.
I'm highly organised, not stupid and have quite a good understanding of the process.
Has anyone else done this before? Any thoughts, gratefully received.
Q:AA conveyancing £250 all in.
Anyone used this service and got any comments on it??
