Q:Need some help and advice please.
Estate agent has agreed to my request for immediate and unconditional release from contract with no fees owing due to their breach of contract (although they have not admitted to their behaviour being such).
They had previously introduced a potential buyer.
Now that I am released can I approach that buyer direct to pursue their interest and possibly achieve a private sale?
Thanks
Q:We currently have our house on the market with Ibbett Mosley as from Friday 7th July. We have had a few few people round to view it. Our church has a Update leaflet each week and we had it advertised in there as well the Sunday before (Sunday 2nd July).
A friend of our family and a member of our church was left allot of money and is looking to buy a property with it (over 200k). My mother in law and wife have spoke to him about our place the Tuesday in between the Update and Ibbet
Q:If so how did you go about it and what was your experiances?
Q:I keep reading to put pressure on your estate agent so it's our property that is fresh in their mind etc but how exactly do I do this – what should I be asking? I think I'm just too polite, but I ask how it's going and hit a bit of a brick wall. Could do with some ideas!
They already ring with feedback after each viewing and our house has only been on a couple of weeks but I'm keen that it doesn't become a couple of months or more….
Q:Just had my house listed by an estate agent, and low and behold the some faults have been miracuously fixed with photoshop. Very creative, but misleading to potential buyers, which I dont like.
Q:Hi there, has anyone ha a good experience with an estate agent in the Somerset/Devon area, between Taunton and Exeter? If so could you let me know as I'm going to sell my house soon and need to organise something quickly. Cheers.
Q:Hi there,
Are there any estate agents workers out there?
Wondered if you could advise me. I am considering a change in career to one in Estate agency, and was wondering the following.
a) Do you need any formal qualifications or are you able to train ' on the job'..
b) Whats the wage like( up north wages!).
Would really appreciate any help!
Thanks

Q:Hi,
I have recently lost out on a house we where wining bidder, bidding was closed, no more viewings. Vendor decided to have a competition between ourselves and second highest whoever sells first gets his house.
The Vendor was with the same Estate Agent as ourselves, which is the reason why we went with that estate agents after being "Tarted" by the CEO of the Estate Agency "we would be in a better position if we where both with them blah, blah, blah"
