Acquisition of Property License Fees

Q:I would like to undertake some structural alterations to my top floor maisonette including taking out some walls and relocating a kitchen and bathroom, and fitting double-glazing. Provided that the proposed alterations are feasible, which I think they are, I will need appropriate licences from the Freeholder in order to do them.

How much should I expect to pay for the licences?

  • Fee owners permission

    Q:Hi,

Just after some advice really – just bought a leasehold flat, and want to put replacement windows in. I think this is a bit steep – does anyone have any experiece in this area?

    Thanks

I believe this means that we would have to come up with £4000 each to buy the Freehold ? am I correct in thinking that or can we force the other Leaseholders to buy their share (By gettin
