Q:could somebody explain if 1. this is possible and 2. how it works if i decided to rent out my current house, which has a fair bit of equity in it and wanted to purchase another, slightly more expensive house. I am unsure how this would work financially, transfer of mortgages etc.

Q:A flat near my place has been for sale for 3 months with no offers (its a repossession).
Its in good condition.
I would look at it to rent out to someone.
Its just been reduced to £96995.
I have viewed today and feel its worth the new asking price, but I will not pay that price.
Should I offer £86000 to try my luck?
Does anyone have any advice when buying repo property?
Many Thanks
Q:Hi
Could someone tell me the names (and addresses if possible) of the tenancy deposit schemes. The EA / LL have yet to inform me who he's with and I believe he won't be paying my deposit back so would like to notify them sooner rather than later.
Many thanks

Q:If an EA advertises a property as having two living rooms then it turns out that the second living room cant be classed as such and that it is classed as a store room only?? Are the EA's allowed to advertise it as such in the first place?? Many Thanks
Q:hi everyone, I have posted this question before, but no one seems to have given me a solid answer. Anyway, my parents qualify for the home insulation grant and were thinking about loft insualtion etc. On the other hand they are thinking of moving in a year or two. I have read somwehere that once you have had the home insulation grant and the work is completed then you cannot move house for up to three years. can anyone tell me if this is true?
many thanks for the replies
Q:Can anyone please advise? Our current house, we are joint tenants – we are just purchasing another property and selling this one – should we continue as joint tenants or change to tenants in common?
