Does anyone pay more for their mortgage each month?

Q:Just done the early re-payment calculator & wondering does anyone over pay on their mortgage each month? As for the first 2 yrs we would prefer to have the money & go out or on holidays etc.

    Q:I know this is not the normal way and you normally would need to be a cash buyer, but a couple of members have mentioned you could set up some sort of mortgage prior to going to the auction rooms – please can someone explain how this could be done?:confused:

  • FTB Mortgage – Survey fee

    Q:Hi all

    I have recently (08.06.06) applied for a Nationwide mortgage for a property I have got an accepted offer on. Mortgage Adviser told me that within the first two weeks if we dont hear anything from them it's good news ("no news is good news&quot

    Today the valuation/Survey fee has been taken from my account by Nationwide – does this mean that the mortgage should be accepted now and all checks such as credit search have been done?

  • Solicitor money order mortgage early

    Q:Hi I have a completion date of 15/06/2006 and have just been advised by my mortgage company that my solcitor has order the mortgage monies to be released on 09/06/2006 – so it will obviousley be sitting in their account for 6 days earning interest whilst I have to pay interest on it to the mortgage company.

    Is there any thing that I can do to stop and prevent this?
