I'm after some advice or direction on this topic, and wondered if any of you can assist.
I'm trying to look into building my own property. A friend mentioned it *may* work out cheaper to buy the land and have one built as opposed to building a pre-existing property.. I'm not so sure, but even if it is close to building existing, there are other benefits…

Q:Two weeks ago I had a day off work .I went to the estate agent and asked about veiwing a house .They said all viewings had to be done during the day ,no evening viewing and no weekend viewing .There where no offers on the property I was interested in .It was arranged I could view the house Last Monday at 5.30pm .So I had to wait a week to get a viewing as I couldnt do daytime viewings .By the time I got my viewing there was an offer on the house ￡7,000 above the asking price .
