I'm sure you won't remember but we were due to complete on the purchase of a house last month but a week before exchange our mortgage company changed our offer from 80% LTV to 60%. We declined, completed on our sale and are now renting with our deposit stashed away.

I quite like the house, it's big though it doesn't have a fourth bedroom, and the garden seems really nice. BUT when I looked on the birdseye I spotted what might be a problem.
Is it my imagination, or is next door driving through this house's garden to park its ca
