How often should I bug my lawyer? [solicitor] [paperwork]

Q: We are in the process of buying our first house and the property is empty. If we agreed the price the seller asked 6 week completion, we were more than satisfied!

Everything so far has gone to plan and the contracts of our lawyers are ready to sign, but he still waiting for paperwork (?) Are sent from the sellers lawyer. I would not hassle him because he really did not hang around in the sort of our end of things, but I want things moving.

Any welcome advice, for a FTB
