Q: Just found my boyfriend got a job in London, so he will hopefully move in the next Mon We want a flat together (to rent) found in a few months after he settled in.

Until then, he must stay somewhere. I am glad to put him in this place for a while, so it gives my roommates a little of the rent, but he thinks that my room is too small for both of us stay there all time.

So he decided that hell find a cheap box of a room for a few weeks or surf coach. He is willing to pay up to 60pw. Does anyone know of websites that he could try? I have tried gumtree and move flat.

I rent a room in a shared house for ￡55/week. Of course, location makes a difference – I live in east London in zone 3.

Alternatively if he is willing to share a room – he'll have no problem finding a room for ￡60.

A:It's the best time of year for finding a short term house-share let – lots of people leave house-shares in June (especially those completing their second or final year at university) and there should be loads of rooms available July-September.
