Q:The one where you can find out how long a property has been on the market etc?
However, this whole thing about 'how long on the market' is I believe a bit of a dead-end. Most properties take a lot longer to sell than agents would have you believe and there can be all sorts of reasons nothing to do with the vendors situation.
Price (over-valuation) is often the reason that properties stick – even if you knew that a property had been on for some time, this doesn't give automatic indication that a low offer would be accepted – the price may already have been lowered during the time to a fair value.
And whatever the offer, the vendor will accept or reject irrespective of period of marketing.
