What should we do?

Q: We have our apartment on July 21 sold under contract . We have still not completed after several problems with the buyer. He is now having problems with his lender, which require changes be made to our lease . My refuses when the lease is complety rewritten year.

Our in April of this problem is now, we moved to Scotland, and that the mortgage to pay the rent on our property here.

We not really want the buyer to back out because we really need to sell, but we do kind of feel that he knows and is using it against us . (This is not the only problem we had)

Should we say we are going down and remarketing the building as we have no answer at the end of the week? We are awaiting a response from his lender for more than two weeks now .

Any advice would be great, Im starting to get really sick of everything .

A:Your soliceter is working for you, and if you decide to do it, then she should do it.

A:At the minute the is saying that they are asking for amendments for the sake of it…. we have offered to pay but they are still point blank refusing to change anything.

My is in a meeting with the buyers at the minute…. fingers crossed.

What makes it more difficult is my is not so good at communication…. I have to email her every day…

A:You can only put up with so much. The soliceter cant refuse unless those are the instructions that you have given him, how much will it cost you to get the lease changed? If its wiable and you are prepared to meet this cost then consider it, it could take a long time to resell and you will be occuring costs from the mortgage.

Why does the buyer want these amendments and what are they.

These are the decisions that you need to make first, if the amendment price is less than the mortgage payments and extra sol costs to start from scratch, I would go with it as although its not fair, its better than cutting your nose of to spite your face sort of thing.

I know what you mean this moving lark aint much fun
