Q:My husband has inherit £50,000 which is great but now we don't really now the best way to invest it.
We have been thinking in buying a house in Spain but I don't know if £50,000 will be enough to buy something that doesn't need everything done to it. Has anybody have done something similar?
Another option going up in the property ladder but I'm a bit scared since at the moment house climate is not very stable.
We know we need to talk to a financial advisor but I don't want our money just to sit in a savings account. This is a unique opportunity and we want to make the best of it.
Thanks for any of your comments

You could always get it back if you decide to do something else with it, and in the mean time it will save you a fortune on interest.
