Q: I have a leasehold flat and the need to make contact with my free ownership in a matter of a non-abrasive recognized that my neighbor has created, so blocking my parking space.
According to my lease (and presumably the rental of my neighbor) no building shall be established without the express permission of the owner, Im 99.9% sure that the owner is not aware of the barn is erected.
Can I think the data from the register?
There are lots of neighbour disputes by people who live in houses over errecting of things such as sheds and conservatories. So if the freeholder doesn't do anything the OP can still take legal action if all other dispute resolution measures don't work.
Obviously the OP doesn't want to go down that route so his/her best bet is to try and talk the other flatholder first and then put a reminder in writing. If the other flat owner tells you where to go or does nothing after 30 days, then obviously you will have no choice but to write to the freeholder informing them off everything including what you have tried to do to reach a resolution.
You should know who you pay the ground rent to, so that's a start. But I seriously doubt afreeholder is going to want to get involved with something like this, and will tell you to sort it out yourselves. If you plan that you're going to have to solve the problem as if you are both freeholders, then you won't be disappointed and might resolve it quicker.
