Q: Hi There, is
Our house is sold, and we are ready to be signed Missives (I think, to the south are called Exchange), anyway, today, my broker calls me to advise buyers of my house like half viewing: confused:
I asked her why, if the offer is made, has done research etc, she said, because it wants to measure up. Anyway, I said that was okay, and they had to come to the house tomorrow.
I had to call my lawyer about the house I bought, and I happened to mention to her about my buyer come back to view the home. She told me not to watch the house until the time Missives was signed, as technically they still could back out, so she called the broker, and told them my buyer cannot see the house until everything is signed up .
Im kind of wondering if this could make the copper off, and they could pull anyway! Do you think ive done the right thing, and you went with your lawyers would advice you in my shoes.
Let us know how things go tommorow
On the other hand, by not allowing buyers back they may get suspicious anyway and if they have not yet signed then they are not legally committed to conclude.
Difficult situation….Good luck, jackie

Dont worry about it, if you refuse they might think you are trying to hide anything, and pull out for that reason..
I think I will just call estate agent and let them tell the buyers that its okay for them to come and see the house again, after all, if they are going to pull out, then they will pull out
Not for anything other than common sense, after all, bet you can't remember which room had the wall facing that door & was there a cupboard in the big room…& silly things like that!!
No problems for you, let them in!!

I personally think you should still let them come as they may be a little peeved and could start having doubts
The way I see it, you could let them view 100 times or 0 times, they can still pull out. They are probably thinking like we did and want to view again to think about where their things will go
